ˇń Function:
Absorbed by the foliage and not readily translocated; Reduction of crown growth of pineapples,
in order to increase the fruit size and weight in both plant and ratoon crops, and delay of maturation of fruit.;
Its main function is to restrain the growth of the leaves of the pineapple, increase the size of the fruitage,
so as to increase the weight of pineapple. Also used for fruit thinning in certain plum varieties.
