Organic matter-decomposing inoculant
Functional properties
1.Complex microbial community was made for degrading crop stalks.
All kinds of the microbes came into being a close relationship of intergrowth.
Under the suitable temperature, crop straw can be degraded in 15 -25 days, and the color changes to brown or dark brown.
2.After the crop straw and other organic matter were degraded by this product,
the nutrient was turned into simple organics and easily be absorbed by the plants.
This product can improve the crop straw’s nutrient utilization.
The Plant pathogens and eggs can be killed by the high temperature of the Composting system.
3.The complex microbial community contains many functional bacteria,
such as bacteria of nitrogen-fixing, phosphate-solubilizing, potassium releasing. It can improve fertilizer efficiency.
4.This product shall keep the soil in good heart, enhance the resistance of crops to disease,
promote the absorption of N, P, K and trace elements, and stimulate the crops grow faster.
5.The functional bacteria multiply at an abnormally rapid rate in crop straw fermentation system,
and the metabolites of the bacteria can produce higher yield and increase the fruit quality.
Usage and Dosage
1.Degraded the crop straw directly in the field.
2.The crop straw is laid into the field about 5-10 cm thick.
During application,the crop straw-decomposing inoculants (30 Kg per ha) is applied
to field directly or after dissolving with soil.
3.The degradation can be accelerated by adding with fertilizers such as carbamide (45 -75kg per ha) ammonium carbonate(150-225 kg per ha) or farmyard manure(2250kg per ha).
4.Planting method:
(1)Zero tillage field: Sow the seeds on the crop straw directly，and then lap the crop straw lightly to make the seeds close to the soil.
In order to increase the number and bio-mass of seeds per area ,please increase the seeding quantity,
irrigate the fields with water or liquidmanure.
(2)Plough field: Mix the crop straw-decomposing inoculants and crop straw ,and plow the land , then sow the seeds
Compost crop straw
Crop straw is cut into 3-5 cm each pieces, and heaped up. Be sure to use 300g of the crop straw-decomposing inoculants with 15-20cm thick crop straw and make 6-7 layer in the same way, then watered the haystacks and make the rate of water to be about 65%.
When the temperature of the fermentation system rises above 55℃,be sure to tip over the reactor for losing heat,
and then you should do the same work at least once a week. It can be used as organic fertilizer after being tipped over about 3-4 times. |
